Building technology tenders (HVAC, electrical) in the canton of Basel-Landschaft

In Basel-Landschaft, building technology contracts are split between municipalities and grid operators. When they refurbish or convert a building, municipalities tender every trade lot separately by BKP code: electrical systems, heating, ventilation, plumbing, building automation and lifts. Elektra Baselland (EBL) buys transformer stations, distribution transformers, medium-voltage switchgear and emergency generators. Bidders here deal with smaller buyers who are easy to reach, and often with several lots of the same building project at once.
